We produce a pre-production sample so you sign off on material, colour match and branding placement before the bulk run begins. Samples ship worldwide by courier.

Your order is manufactured and decorated in our own facility. Inline and final AQL inspection covers build quality, print adhesion and measurements.

Choose sea, air or express freight. We handle export documentation and can ship to one address, split across offices, or pack for direct-to-employee mailing.

Yes. Products carry CE, FCC and RoHS marks as applicable; batteries are tested to UN38.3 and ship with an MSDS. We provide the documents your forwarder needs.
What is the minimum order?
100 units for most items. Custom-moulded USB shapes and bespoke packaging carry a higher minimum, confirmed in your quote.
Is the stated battery capacity real?
Yes — we quote measured cell capacity, not a marketing figure. You can request a capacity test report with the sample.
Can you preload files onto USB drives?
Yes — documents, brochures or an autorun link can be loaded before shipment, with optional write-protection.
Can the gift come in branded retail packaging?
Yes. Rigid boxes, printed sleeves and foam inserts are available so the item presents like a retail product.
What is the lead time?
15–25 days after sample approval, longer for custom moulds or battery products needing fresh certification. Freight is quoted separately.
