We produce a pre-production sample so you sign off on material, colour match and branding placement before the bulk run begins. Samples ship worldwide by courier.

Your order is manufactured and decorated in our own facility. Inline and final AQL inspection covers build quality, print adhesion and measurements.

Choose sea, air or express freight. We handle export documentation and can ship to one address, split across offices, or pack for direct-to-employee mailing.

What is the minimum order?
100 units per product for most items. Bags and hardcover notebooks may carry a slightly higher minimum on custom shapes — confirmed in your quote.
Can you produce a matched welcome-kit set?
Yes. We regularly build kits — a notebook, pen and bag on one branding scheme — decorated in-house and packed together, one PO.
Do you offer recycled or eco materials?
Yes: RPET fabric bags, recycled-leather covers, bamboo and recycled-plastic pens, FSC paper. Ask for the eco range when you enquire.
How is a logo applied to a backpack?
Usually embroidery or a heat-pressed transfer for durability. Small woven-patch labels are also popular for a subtle, premium look.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. We can split a run and ship to several offices or fulfilment centres, or pack individually for direct-to-employee mailing.
What is the lead time?
10–18 days after sample approval for most items, plus freight. Backpacks with custom moulds or fabrics sit at the longer end.
